My name is Antonia, and I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. My holistic programs focus on gut health, hormone imbalances, weight loss, and intuitive eating strategies, just to name a few!

I take a Functional Medicine approach to health, meaning my focus is to address the underlying causes of health issues, rather than just managing symptoms. I also create healthy meal plans for weight-loss, regulating hormones, detoxification, or whatever aligns with your goals!

As a nutritionist and coach, my goal is that my clients would receive the tools and emotional support needed to build a healthy habits, learn how to advocate for their own health, and break out of the physical and emotional ups and downs of dieting. Let’s get started!
